INBOUND/OUTBOUND PACKAGE HANDLING FEES
All packages are subject to a handling charge. The movement of boxes is the responsibility of the group. Box shipment should be coordinated in advance through your Event & Meeting Manager and/or directly with the hotels preferred partner, Penfield’s Business Center. Box movement handled by hotel staff will be billed to the group master at the prevailing rate.
